Clients are kindly requested to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Invest in Health reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions on the Website from time to time, and by using the Website the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions as they appear whether or not the client have read them.

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Invest in Health is an online business that supplies high-quality health supplements and natural products.

2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 (one) business day and delivery confirmed by way of an order number. All orders will be attended to by way of a Courier Service and such Courier Service will operate in South Africa only.

3. Collection policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, the products ordered may be collected, which option may be executed upon checkout. Collection date and time to be arranged telephonically or via email.

4. Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients living in South Africa only.

5. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Invest in Health is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Invest in Health will contact the client in respect of alternative options. Should the client however not wish to proceed with an alternative option suggested, Invest in Health will attend to a full refund within 30 days. Only orders that have not yet been paid for may be cancelled. Cancellation of orders, which have already been paid for by the client, can only be attended to in the event that the package has not already been collected by the Courier Service, and will attract a 10% administration fee. In the event of a client receiving a damaged and/or incorrect product, the client must inform Invest in Health within 1 (one) working day of receiving the product and the necessary arrangements will be made to attend to a refund of the damaged product alternatively to exchange the incorrect product, for the account of Invest in Health.

6. Customer privacy policy

Invest in Health places a high value on your personal information and your privacy. Personal Information provided by clients will be kept confidential. Invest in Health shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 7. Payment options accepted

Payment can be made via Visa and MasterCard. Invest in Health will also accept payment by way of electronic bank transfer and payments by way of Zapper.

8. Credit card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Invest in Health via PayGate (Pty) Limited who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

9. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Invest in Health separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

10. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

11. Responsibility

Invest in Health takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

12. Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Invest in Health chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: 588 Opstal street, The Willows, Pretoria, 0184.

13. Variation

Invest in Health may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
