He is a professional who graduated from Durban University of Technology (2001).
Dr. Lottering is an experienced Homeopathic Doctor with a demonstrated history of working in the medical industry.
He is furthermore well-skilled in the following areas:

Since the start of his practice in 2004 he uses several treatment modalities ranging from nutritional counselling, herbal medicines, homeopathy and more in order to assist in the total well-being of his patient.

Being a family man himself, with a beautiful wife and daughter he is extremely passionate about children’s health. He completed his master’s dissertation on the effectiveness of nutritional supplement intervention on the long-term management of ADD and ADHD in boys between the ages of 8 and 13 years (2001).
Being a very active, sport orientated individual, Dr. Lottering developed a sound interest in sport physiology and sport optimization and have treated several top athletes in his career. Furthermore he has had vast exposure to sport supplementation and knows what is available on the market and what actually works for the individual to reach his goals.
Dr. Lottering was fortunate enough to treat several young and upcoming junior provincial rugby players and understands under how much stress these individuals are placed in order “to make the team” often with horrendous outcomes. From using banned substances at school level to anabolic steroids.
Dr. Lottering took it upon himself to educate individuals as to the dangers of anabolic steroids and testosterone optimization therapy, and rather to look into sustainable methods, natural remedies and nutritional changes that is not detrimental to your health.
