The ordering process on the site was so easy and I was almost immediately contacted by Judy Smit for an error I made with the selection of delivery option after I used the “contact us” function on the site to query it. My query was then resolved efficiently and kindly. Even though my order was just under R1000 and did not qualify for free courier delivery, Judy Smit arranged to have it couriered to me at no extra charge. My order was also prepared and delivered so promptly and I received it within 2 working days of placing it. Thank you for the excellent customer service, it is greatly appreciated. Everything related to my order was handled so efficiently and, with so much care.
